Changes to the design upload

In order to optimize the quality of the design proposals for the individual client, you as a designer can now submit 5 proposals or drafts per project . Our goal is to improve the quality of the proposals and thus optimize the experience at designonclick both for the customer and for you as a designer.

Click either on the button “Participate in project” or the tab “Upload design” to get to the upload area. Depending on whether you are participating in a project for logo design, naming or other design projects, the screen will be slightly different.

If you withdraw a design or the client rejects it, you can upload new designs again. If the client has requested a correction, you have the option of uploading a design in addition to the 5 active designs. This is an exclusive additional slot/upload that can only be activated by the client. However, we would ask you to refrain from explicitly asking clients to activate this slot for you.

You can always see how many designs you can still upload in the top right-hand corner of the project information under “Free design proposals”.

If no further uploads are possible, the upload screen closes.

In future, current designs will be displayed both under the “Designs” tab and as a list under the “Upload designs” tab.

If you want to withdraw a design, you can do this as usual via the dropdown of your design in the “Designs” section, as well as via the list in the “Upload design” section. If you have fewer than 5 active designs after withdrawing, the upload screen will open again.

Please note: Designs that have been withdrawn or rejected by the client can no longer be reactivated, but must be resubmitted if required.
